Hey there!
It’s been a busy month here in AdminJS headquarters. We’re working hard on making AdminJS more customizable than ever! Version 7.0 is just around the corner, and with it comes a new way of generating the AdminJS frontend.

We’re now one step closer to introducing micro-frontends architecture to AdminJS. We’ve decided to build a new frontend app composition framework to simplify extending AdminJS UI. react-app-composer is a universal framework for making React applications.
For curious readers, here is the npm repository with the package. Unfortunately, sources are yet to be published on GitHub.
Community Survey Results
Recently, we’ve conducted our first Community Survey on Slack. We’ve asked more than five hundred members to answer a few questions about how and where they use AdminJS. We then analyzed the results and presented our conclusions in this short article.
Community Stars
We also had plenty of contributions in the past month. Here are the most notable ones:
Huge “Kudos” to all contributors!
Please check our Contribution Instructions, if you want to contribute to the repository yourself.

We’re delighted to announce that AdminJS has its own space on! We celebrated the creation of a new publication with a tutorial on connecting AdminJS to an existing NodeJS application, written by Paweł Bareja – a member of our core dev team. Take a look and share your opinion in the comments section!
If you thought about adding your custom authentication module to AdminJS, this comment from Aien might come in handy. This five-points tutorial with extensive code examples explains how to overwrite AdminJS routing and use passport to integrate with any OAuth provider you want.
If you’ve written a tutorial or created any other type of content about AdminJS and would like to share it with the community, feel free to drop me a line at or contact one of the team members on Slack.
